Release information

This card was released in the English Phantom Forces expansion. In Japan, this card was released as one of the XY-P Promotional cards and was one of four possible promotional cards given to customers who purchased ¥1000 worth of Pokémon Card Game products at participating stores as part of the Corocoro Presents: XY Super Hot Start-Up Campaign, which launched on December 13, 2013 in celebration of the release of Collection XCollection Y. This card features the campaign logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork.

A second Japanese print with the same promotional number was released featuring the logo for the Lizardon Mega Battle Commemoration Campaign, which launched on January 31, 2014 in celebration of the release of the Xerneas and Yveltal Half Decks, and ultimately the start of the Lizardon Mega Battle in May 2014. A third Japanese print was released as part of the 7-Eleven Limited Summer Campaign 2014. For every four booster packs purchased in one transaction at participating 7-Eleven stores, customers would receive a special pack containing one of four possible promotional cards. This print features a "Pokémon the movie XY" stamp in the bottom left corner of the artwork and the logo for Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction in the bottom right.

A fourth Japanese print was one of five promotional cards released as part of a cross promotion with the food company Marumiya in early July 2015. The cards were included in Pokémon Furikake Mini Packs and Pokémon Curry <Pork & Corn Sweet> packs. This print has the Marumiya logo in the bottom left corner of the card. A fifth Japanese print was one of five XY-P Promotional cards included in special packs of Mini Egg Pan and Mini Melon Pan available starting September 1, 2016. This print has the Daiichi Pan Pokémon Pan logo on the bottom right of the artwork.

This card was reprinted as a Confetti Holofoil in the McDonald's Collection 2016.

Nuzzle is a move in the Pokémon games that Dedenne can learn. Spiral Drain is an attack that first appeared on Butterfree from Expedition Base Set. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon X.
