		In Toughing It Out!, a silhouetted image of the Eight Masters is shown, although the image clearly shows the first three revealed members of the Master Class so far, the figure of the other five is not revealed. Considering that Raihan had just joined the Class in this episode, it's not possible to determine if characters like Cynthia were already part of the Eight Masters at this time.

		This is one of the Trainers that Ash faces in Making Battles in the Sand!, Ash meets him in Vermilion City while he is running with Riolu and Pikachu. He uses an Octillery in battle. After the defeat to Bea and with his self-esteem shaken, Ash ends up defeated easily.

		Ash battles this Trainer in a short time after the battle against Octillery's Trainer in Making Battles in the Sand!. She uses a Tentacruel in battle and just like with the previous Trainer, she faces Riolu. After completely dominating the battle for Ash's insecurity, she easily wins the battle, which causes Ash to fall to position 1,075, thus returning to Normal Class.

		In A Festival Reunion!, Solitary and Menacing! and Trials of a Budding Master!, Ash is seen battling various Trainers in off-screen during his stay in Normal and Great Class. No additional information about them was given.
