Tyrantrum may be a combination of Tyrannosaurus, tyrant, and tantrum.

Gachigorasu may be a combination of ガチン gachin (banging noise) or ガチガチ gachigachi (teeth chattering), チゴラス Chigorasu (Tyrunt's Japanese name), and Tyrannosaurus.
