The Sealed Chamber (Japanese: おふれのせきしつ Stone Chamber of the Proclamation) is a location in Hoenn. It can be reached by diving on Route 134. It is not a common place to visit, as it is well hidden under the water and through the currents on Route 134, and requires Surf, Dive, and Dig to get in. Legends are told about the Sealed Chamber, but only few people from Pacifidlog Town know its true existence. It must be visited to unlock the caves that hold the three Regi Pokémon.
How to get there
- First, the player must make sure they have the necessary Pokemon. The following Pokemon will be needed:
- Now, the player must fly to Pacifidlog Town. They must walk to the bottom of the center path, and surf to the left.
- It is now vital that they always stay towards the south/bottom. There will be a current, so they must move exactly right; it is nearly impossible most of the time for the player to just take one or two extra steps to get back on the right path.
- The player must keep at the bottom of the screen for a while. They will run into shallower, white patches of water two or three times. The player must then wade through these patches, and surf into the current again, as low as possible.
- They will reach a rather boring patch of shallow water. It is approxamitely 6 by 10 units, in a rectangle, with the top-left and bottom-right corners cut off. There are no rocks or trainers on this patch. The player mustn't surf off of this area yet.
- The player should then walk to the very bottom-left corner, but not surf yet. The must take three steps directly upwards, and then surf off to the right. The currents will carry them out towards a deep-water area.
- Once the player is above the deep water, they should use HM Dive. They will appear in a small cave. This is not the sealed chamber.
- The player should swim out of the cave exit on the bottom of the screen. They must swim south until they reach a circular part, with a large stone in the center.
- They player should then swim to the bottom of the stone. There will be some dots; the player will swim directly up to them. They are braille, reading "Go up here." The player does not need to read it, but if they wish to, press A.
- Use HM Dive again. They will re-surface in the Sealed Chamber!
Braille Code
The chamber's history is shrouded in mystery. Not much is known about it though the translation of the braille in the second room is as follows:

In this cave we have lived. We owe all to the Pokémon. But, we sealed the Pokémon away. We feared it. Those with courage, those with hope. Open the door. An eternal Pokémon awakes. |

Rumors
It is believed by some that the "We feared it." section refers to Regigigas, as opposed to Regirock, Regice, and Registeel, as it wouldn't make sense to refer to three Pokémon as an "it".
The last section refers to how the Desert Ruins, Island Cave and Ancient Tomb are unlocked. For an unknown reason, entering the second room with Relicanth at the top of the party and Wailord at the bottom of the party causes an earthquake to occur that opens the doors. Note that the party positions must be reversed in Emerald.
The first room contains ten mounds of earth, marked with braille that lists the alphabet. The braille on the door says to use Dig.
In the Manga
In Pokémon Special, the inscription in the chamber is instead on a damaged stone tablet. The letter that Sapphire delivered to Steven Stone from President Stone contained a reconstruction of the damaged paragraph. With the help of Sapphire, the Elite Four unseal the Desert Ruins, Island Cave and Ancient Tomb. This is the backup plan the Stones had made in the case that they were unable to destroy the Seafloor Cavern before Team Magma and Team Aqua.
The Elite Four believe that the it in the phrase "We feared it" refers to the risk of trying to control a Pokémon that is too powerful.
