Kevin is a member of Team Great Rocket from Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!. He's one of the Trainers at the GR Psychic Stronghold.

His deck, Superdestructive Power Deck (Japanese: ちょうはかいりょくデッキ), focuses on and Pokémon. In all battles against him, every Pokémon's Resistance to is -10 instead of -30.

When defeated, he gives out one of both Team Rocket's Ambition and Legendary Power booster pack.
