Shadow Blast is one of several Shadow moves available only in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Like other Shadow Moves, it is forgotten and replaced with another move once the Pokémon is purified.

Effect

Shadow Blast is the Shadow version of Aeroblast (albeit somewhat weaker), and has a high critical-hit ratio.

As Shadow Pokémon cannot be traded, and since Pokémon Contests do not exist in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, Shadow Blast cannot be used in Contests.
