when we can use this? User:Grookeyscorbunnysobble/Template:Pokémon i hope we can do this to all legendaries, using User:Grookeyscorbunnysobble/Template:Pokémon and setting the color1 parameter to the game the legendary is the mascot of. my userpage talk 18:31, 2 November 2021 (UTC)

Because it's standard to use the Pokemon's type for the color of the template. And why should it only be for legendaries? This seems more like a personal preference than something that would improve the template.--ForceFire 19:06, 2 November 2021 (UTC)
it should only be legendaries, specifically game mascots. they should have the color of their game, not the color of their type. grookeyscorbunnysobble 19:48, 6 November 2021 (UTC)
All Pokémon are equal in these templates. All Pokémon use only the colors of their types. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 21:56, 6 November 2021 (UTC)
Why? a game mascot using the color of its game is a whole lot better! take for example zacian. does she have ANY streak of pink? ANY? No, but Zacian's mostly blue, the color of pokemon Sword! grookeyscorbunnysobble 17:51, 12 November 2021 (UTC)
