Hidden Poké-Power
The long strip contains data for an additional Poké-Power this card can use:
Psy-Capture サイコキャプチャー
You can use this power once during your turn (before your attack), if Kadabra is your Active Pokémon. This Poké-Power lets each player draw a number of cards from his or her deck. This power can't be used when Kadabra is affected by a Special Condition.
Selecting "Yes" reveals the number of cards.
Trivia
This would be the final appearance of Kadabra in the TCG for over 17 years, despite Alakazam being included in other expansions since. This is due to Uri Geller's history of lawsuits with Nintendo over Kadabra's Japanese name's similarity to his own. Mysterious Treasures contained the final appearance of Abra and had an attack that allowed it to evolve directly into an Alakazam. In November 2020, Uri Geller rescinded the ban on Kadabra's depiction in the TCG due to fan outcry[1].
