Gear Up (Japanese: アシストギア Assist Gear) is a non-damaging Steel-type move introduced in Generation VII.

Effect

Gear Up raises the Attack and Special Attack stats of allied Pokémon (including the user) with the Ability Plus or Minus by one stage each.

If powered up by a Steelium Z into Z-Gear Up, the user's Special Attack stat rises one stage.
