This card was made exclusively for the Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy Color, never printed as an actual card in any language. However, a scan of the non existent full card was included in a Pokémon card Price Guide.

• This card displays a 'GB' symbol in place of the expansion symbol, indicating it was originally created exclusively for the Game Boy.
• This card is one of the two "Phantom Cards", which are only obtainable by Card Pop!. In the digital version of Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Nintendo 3DS, Card Pop! is disabled, rendering this card unobtainable on that platform.
• This card uses the same stock art of Mew as the Wizards Promotional Mew.
