Description

  Hindrance Description
Splits open the ground toward the designated area, dealing damage to opposing Pokémon in the area of effect, decreasing their movement speed for a short time, and creating a barricade of rock. If this move is used again, the barricade is removed.

Upgrade: Strengthens this move's movement speed decrease on opposing Pokémon when in hits.

  Buff Description

Upgrade: Increases the duration of this move's effects and decreases the movement speed of opposing Pokémon for a short time when this move hits.

Grants the user a shield for a short time and leaves nearby opposing Pokémon unable to act, dealing them damage over time. If the user receives damage while this move is in effect, the move deals additional hits to nearby opposing Pokémon.

Rubble Rouser is a pun based on the phrase "rabble rouser", which is defined as "a person who says, writes, or does things that make crowds of people excited or angry, usually intentionally in order to make them act in a particular way".[1]
