Crushing Hammer (Japanese: クラッシュハンマー Crush Hammer) is an Item card. It was first released as part of the Emerging Powers expansion.

Release information

This card was included in the Emerging Powers expansion with artwork by 5ban Graphics, first released in the Japanese Black Collection. It was reprinted in the Japanese Battle Theme Deck: Victini, the Master Deck Build Box EX, and the Mewtwo Half Deck in the Mewtwo vs Genesect Deck Kit. It was later released in the English Legendary Treasures expansion.

Crushing Hammer was reprinted during the XY Series in the Kalos Starter Set with new artwork by 5ban Graphics, first released in the Japanese XY Beginning Set. This print was later included in the Japanese Yveltal Half Deck, in the English Generations expansion, and in the Japanese BREAK Starter Pack.

During the Sun & Moon Series, Crushing Hammer was reprinted again with new artwork by Yoshinobu Saito. It was included in the Sun & Moon expansion, first released simultaneously in the Japanese Collection Sun and Sun & Moon Starter Set on December 9, 2016. In Japan, it was later released as part of the Team Rocket Half Deck in the Ash vs Team Rocket Deck Kit and again in the Ultra Moon expansion as both a Regular and Full Art Secret card. The Secret print was later released in the English Ultra Prism expansion and features artwork by Yoshinobu Saito. In Japan, the Sun & Moon print was later included in 3 of the GX Starter Decks and in the Tag Team GX Deck Build Box.

Crushing Hammer was reprinted again during the Sword & Shield Series as part of the Sword & Shield expansion, first released in the Japanese V Starter Set Fire and Water. This print has new artwork by sadaji. In Japan, it was reprinted again in two of the nine V Starter Decks and in the Blastoise VMAX Starter Set.
