Kingler (Japanese: キングラー Kingler) is a Water-type Stage 1 Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the EX FireRed & LeafGreen expansion.

Release information
This card was included in the EX FireRed & LeafGreen expansion with artwork by Kouki Saitou, first released in the Japanese Flight of Legends expansion. In Japan, it was released in the Venusaur and Charizard Random Constructed Starter Decks on March 19, 2004.
