(Japanese: カツキ Katsuki) is a character of the day who appeared in JN079.
He is a descendant of Tsukiya, the younger brother of Hisashi, the first lord of Eclipse Castle. Tsukiya had tried to dethrone his own brother, but failed to do so, after which his descendants, including Katsuki, would carry the shame of the failed coup with them. Because of this, Katsuki wanted to avenge his ancestor by trying to prevent Haruhi (a descendant of Hisashi) from becoming the new lord of Eclipse Castle.
Katsuki first appeared spying on a tree whilst spying on Haruhi. Katsuki confronted Chloe, believing her to be Haruhi as they looked alike and Chloe was wearing Haruhi's clothes and kidnapped her and left her tied up in a tree. Just as Haruhi was about to become lord of Eclipse Castle, Katsuki interrupted the ceremony having realized he'd captured Chloe by mistake. Katsuki sent out his Pokémon to battle Haruhi and Chloe, only to be defeated.

| Noctowl is Katsuki's first known Pokémon. Noctowl was first seen spying on Haruhi with its trainer. Katsuki then flew away from the Castle on Noctowl with Chloe, believing her to be Haruhi. Katsuki was flying on Noctowl when he realized his mistake and used it to battle Haruhi and Chloe, only to be defeated.
