Unidentified Fossil (Japanese: なぞの化石 Mysterious Fossil) is a Trainer card. It was first released as part of the Ultra Prism expansion.

Release information
This card was included in the Ultra Prism expansion, first released in the Japanese Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon expansions. It was reprinted in the English Forbidden Light expansion, first released in the Japanese expansion of the same name.
Trivia
- This card operates much in the same way as Mysterious Fossil, first released in the Fossil expansion, in that it can evolve into several different Fossil Pokémon.
- The Root, Claw, Skull, and Armor Fossils appear in the illustration of this card.
Origin
Fossils are items in the Pokémon games that can be revived into Pokémon.
