Welcome to Bulbapedia, OCDude!

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Link templates

When linking to Pokemon and moves, make sure to link using link templates. For Pokemon that would be {{p|(Pokemon's name}}. So, for Makuhita, instead of using [[Makuhita]], you would use {{p|Makuhita}}. For moves, instead of using [[Reversal]] or {{move|Reversal}} (which puts a template to move the page instead of linking to the move's page), use {{m|Reversal}}. The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Changes button... Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Thanks! --It's Funktastic~!話してください 20:03, 14 April 2013 (UTC)

Brawly

Please stop adding and re-adding the trivia about Brawly's "illegal" Makuhita. Adding and constantly undoing yourself is considered pointless editing and borderline vandalism. If you are doing this to become autoconfirmed and create a userpage, you will be placed into abuse indefinitely. Thank you. --Pokemaster97 20:31, 14 April 2013 (UTC)

He is actually autoconfirmed, but that makes the edits even more pointless.--Den Zen 20:35, 14 April 2013 (UTC)

"Illegal movesets"

Pokémon can know moves at lower levels legally, as long as it is a move they can learn by level-up and both parents know the move. It's not illegal for Makuhita, Torkoal, or Numel to know those moves in the slightest. I suggest brushing up on breeding mechanics. So before you try again, consider it a second warning: don't re-add the Brawly trivia (or the Flannery or Norman trivia; Slakoth can be bred for Slash and tutored for Counter).
