Talk Page Usage

Block

As you have repeatedly misused the talk space, you have been blocked for a week. The talk page is for suggesting improvements to an article, not for casual chat. As you have gone to the archives to continue what you were doing here, you have been blocked for a further week. This can also be seen as circumventing a block. Talk pages are not to be used so you can have a casual conversation, you can go to the forums for that. As you have also made an account on Bulbanews to continue your attempts at creating small talk, it is pretty clear that you are not here to make meaningful contributions. As such, you have been blocked indefinitely on both Bulbapedia and the Archives, and your Bulbanews account will also be blocked once News staff gets to it.
