In Japan, it was released as one of eight possible {{TCG|SV-P Promotional cards}} in the ''Let's Start Playing Pokémon Card Game!'' campaign Promo Pack, a pack that was be presented to customers who purchase 10 packs of {{TCG|Scarlet ex}} or {{TCG|Violet ex}} starting January 20, 2023 at select retailers. It was also one of the four possible cards available in the {{TCG|ex Starter Sets|ex Starter Set Quaxly & Mimikyu ex}} Promo Card Pack.
