Nandi and Mokichi

(Japanese: ナンディ Nandi) and (Japanese: モキチ Mokichi) are characters of the day who appeared in HZ058. They are a married couple who own and work at Anything Eatery, a restaurant located in Medali. According to Mokichi, he and Nandi met when his Kingambit's yell caused Nandi to throw her back, which he apologized for by taking her to his restaurant.
Liko, Roy, and Dot met Nandi and Mokichi when they came to eat at the restaurant. When Dot's Tinkatink wrecked Mokichi's iron griddle, the three were forced to work at the restaurant for a day to pay up for it. They learned that the restaurant was struggling due to Treasure Eatery's popularity and did their best to get more customers to visit the eatery. Dot eventually figured out that the restaurant's overly complex signature dish was the source behind people not revisiting it and told Nandi and Mokichi to simplify the dish to focus on its tastiest part: the udon made by Kingambit. Dot's plan worked, livening up Anything Eatery, much to Nandi and Mokichi's joy.

Kingambit is Mokichi's only known Pokémon, which he met before starting up Anything Eatery. It works as the restaurant's mascot and helps to make udon.
