Solar Blade (Japanese: ソーラーブレード Solar Blade) is a damage-dealing Grass-type move introduced in Generation VII. It is the signature move of Lurantis.

Effect

Solar Blade charges up sunlight on the first turn and then unleashes the power as an attack on the second.

Solar Blade will not need a turn to charge if used during harsh sunlight.

If a Pokémon holding a Power Herb uses Solar Blade, it will consume the Power Herb to execute Solar Blade in one turn. If there is harsh sunlight, the Power Herb will not be consumed.

Description

Games Description
SM In this two-turn attack, the user gathers light and fills a blade with the light's energy, attacking the target on the next turn.
