Primal Reversion's Super Power! (Japanese: ゲンシカイキの超パワー!) is the fifth The Pokémon Tretta series set, and the thirteenth overall. It features 51 Tretta.

Information

Primal Reversion's Super Power! features the newly introduced Primal Reversion forms of Groudon and Kyogre following their debut in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The two Pokémon are included as both Legend class Tretta and Hyper class Tretta in the set, making it the first set to contain two Legend class Tretta. All standard Tretta in this set are colored pink.

Groudon and Kyogre will undergo Primal Reversion at the start of Battle Mode, and as per their counterparts in the core series, do not limit the player from Mega Evolving any Pokémon. Primal Reversion's Super Power! includes six Pokémon that can Mega Evolve: Ampharos, Absol, and the final evolutions of the Hoenn starter Pokémon: Sceptile, Blaziken, and Swampert. The Jewel Pokémon Diancie, which is included as the set's Secret Tretta, can also Mega Evolve. The artwork on Tretta with Pokémon that can Mega Evolve was updated from this set, featuring a more prominent view of the Mega Evolution, plus its Energy value, giving an indication as to how much stonger it will become. This set also includes A and B versions of three Master class Tretta, making it the first set to have more than 48 Tretta. These versions are identical in terms of stats, but feature different artwork.

Search Mode includes locations from the winter-themed Beyond Land. The original Cave location replaces Mine, making it the first set to include both Cave and Beach as search locations, which often cycled between each other in early sets. Waterfront returns, while the long-standing Ruins location is absent for the first time.

A new game mode, Challenge Battle (Japanese: うでだめし Test Your Skill), replaces Pair Battle and Catch mode from this set. Challenge Battle only includes Battle Mode and pits players against a strong team of Pokémon from previous sets, such as high class Legendary Pokémon or Pokémon that can Mega Evolve. It is therefore recommended for advanced players. The sole focus of Challenge Battle is to attain the highest score possible, which can be uploaded to the Pokémon Tretta website to view weekly rankings. A random Tretta is dispensed following the conclusion of Battle Mode, regardless if the player was able to defeat the opposing team or not.
