Release information

This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art card, and as a Secret card in the Sun & Moon expansion, first released in the Japanese Collection Sun, each with artwork by 5ban Graphics. A new print with different artwork by the same artist was included in the Espeon-GX Premium Collection (released July 14, 2017) as a regular-sized and Jumbo-sized SM Black Star Promo. This print was subsequently released in Japan as one of the SM-P Promotional cards, and was 1 of 2 cards awarded randomly to those who accumulated at least 8 Play Points by participating in various events held as part of the 2018 Yokohama Champion's League, held at the Pacifico Yokohama, Yokohama on September 3, 2017. Eligible events included the official Champion's League 2018 tournament, the One Day Battle, The Masked Royal 100 Card Competition Final, and the 3 on 3 Battle. 2 Play Points were awarded for participating in the 2018 Yokohama Champion's League, with a further 8 Play Points awarded to Junior League competitors who achieved 3 consecutive wins at the First Stage, thereby progressing to the Premier Stage, and 10 Play Points to Senior and Master League competitors who achieved 5 or more wins in the qualifying round. 1 Play Point was awarded for participating in each of the other events. 2 Play Points were awarded for achieving at least 1 win in the One Day Battle, increasing to 3 points for at least 2 wins, and a maximum of 5 points for at least 3 wins. A consolation point was awarded to those who recorded no wins. 1 Play Point was awarded for at least 1 win in The Masked Royal 100 Card Competition Final, increasing by 1 additional point for every win up to a maximum of 5. A bonus 5 Play Points were also awarded to teams in the 3 on 3 Battle that recorded 3 consecutive wins. The Japanese print features the Champion's League 2018 logo on the left edge of the illustration.
