Moved putting a Pokémon in the PC to the "Other near-universally used rules include:" section

Technically not a basic rule but a near-universal one.

Clearing up the article (I know at the first rule under the decreased difficulty section the words in the quotation marks don't use proper grammar, but it is intentional because I am quoting the Nuzlocke comic 2 basic rules image which also doesn't use proper grammar.)

In the original comic where the rules were made it does not mention this, it only says "release a pokemon if it faints". Since the basic rules do not mention this, perhaps it should be in parentheses as a near universal exception.

In line with not having any satire/humor/etc.. as captions. Also, seems pointless to repeat what's already in the image.

→Core rules: This isn't outdated by the Box Link. The Pokemon Storage System was never permanent, you just have to remember to not take them out if you put them in there after they "die." So the Pokemon Box Link doesn't make it outdated.
