Scorched Plains (Japanese: 焼け野原 Burnt Field) is a Friend Area in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team and a rescue team camp in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX in the Volcano area. In Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, it has a capacity of 10 Pokémon. All the Pokémon that reside here are Fire-type.
If Cyndaquil or Torchic is the hero or partner Pokémon, the player starts the game with this Friend Area. Otherwise, it can be purchased from the Wigglytuff Club for 5000RB / 700RTDX Poké after completing the main storyline.
Geography
Scorched Plains is a large, open, volcanic area with flaming rocks surrounding it. In Red and Blue Rescue Team, the overall shape is very similar to the Friend Area Wild Plains.
