Players participating in either of the two main Kamex Mega Battle or Victory Battle events at each venue were awarded this card upon recording 2 straight wins at the 'Second Stage'. Players could advance to the 'Second Stage' by recording 1 win at the 'First Stage' or by earning a bye from placing in the top 3 at the preceding Kamex Gym Battle or Kamex Pokémon Center Battle events held across Japan during March and April 2016.
