Level-Up Rule
Put this card onto your Active Empoleon. Empoleon LV. X can use any attack, Poké-Power, or Poké-Body from its previous Level.
Release information
This card was released as one of the DP Black Star Promos, with different artwork by the same artist. It was released in September 2007 as one of the cards available in the Diamond & Pearl Collector Tins.
Trivia
Early print runs have a Poké-BODY symbol instead of a Poké-POWER symbol. This error was corrected in later print runs.
Origin
Hydro Impact functions very similar to Hydro Cannon, a move in the Pokémon games that Empoleon can learn via move tutor.
