Release information

This card was released as one of the English Nintendo Black Star Promos, first originating as one of the Japanese PLAY Promotional cards. The English print was included in the Template:Merch, released on October 1, 2006. In Japan, it was included in the Limited Edition Starter Kit, which could only be obtained by those in the Pokémon Player's Club.
