Stone Edge (Japanese: ストーンエッジ Stone Edge) is a damage-dealing Rock-type move introduced in Generation IV. It has been TM71 since Generation IV.

Effect

Stone Edge deals damage and has an increased critical hit ratio.

Stone Edge can also be used as part of a Contest Spectacular combination, with the user gaining extra three appeal points if the move Focus Energy was used in the prior turn.

  Mega Tyranitar stomps its right foot onto the ground and then the ground in front it of it glows light-purple and then rock-shaped balls of aura rise into the air from the glowing ground and they transform into rocks from one side of the rocks to the other and purple dust falls from the rocks as they change. Then as the white balls of aura are all now rocks, with purple dust still falling from them, they are shot towards the opponent.
