All four parts of this Pokémon were released as SWSH Black Star Promos in the Zacian V-UNION Special Collection from September 24, 2021. A composite Jumbo card was also included in the collection. In Japan, all four parts were available in the Zacian V-UNION Special Card Set from August 20, 2021.

This was the first card in the TCG to have a base attack damage of 340, currently the highest base attack damage of any tournament-legal card.

This card features Crowned Sword Zacian. The Dance of the Crowned Sword attack is named after this form.
