Linking Pokémon articles

Hey! Whenever you link a Pokémon article, you need to use the {{p}} template to avoid leaving behind a redirect. For example, {{p|Crustle}} is the proper usage, not [[Crustle]]. Thank you! GrammarFreak01 (talk) 05:35, 1 October 2019 (UTC)

Moving content

Moving/splitting content to another page must be approved by the Editorial Board. There has not been a consensus on whether the page should be split on the talk page. Thank you--Force Fire 06:32, 2 October 2019 (UTC)

The Preview Button

Hey! Whenever you make an edit to an article, any article, please the preview button located at the bottom left of your editing screen. It will allow you to preview the edits you make before you actually publish them. That way, you don't have to make multiple consecutive edits like you've been doing at the Passive Skill article. Diantha color

Only staff can make color templates. As for a "Diantha" it is not needed. Thank you.--Force Fire 16:51, 19 July 2020 (UTC)

But Diantha (and Leon) has an established color palette as well, like Cynthia and Alder. Why the inconsistent treatment? ThunderBrine (talk) 16:57, 19 July 2020 (UTC)

Template:Colorscheme/doc

Your edit to this template documentation was unnecessary, and made it incorrect. Not all of the same parameters are available in Template:Colorschemethree as the others. For example, using Kanto or RG won't work on that template, but the edit you made to the table made it look like it would. Please only edit template documentation if you know how templates work. Templates

Heya, I have the two colour templates you just made moved over to your user space as they are not approved for use in the mainspace. In general, we only reserve the creation of new colour templates only for certain situations, and as you were told by Force Fire before me, these should be approved by staff before they are created. The same is true for any kind of notice template. In the future if you deem a colour or notice template to be missing that you feel we should have on Bulbapedia, run it by a staff member first for their approval or create it in your user space and for possible staff approval. If it is deemed appropriate any staff member can mainspace such templates where needed. 4iamking 23:03, 11 January 2024 (UTC)
