How the template works

Hey, sorry that we had to revert you a few times for trying to add to the Winner's Path and Yellow Forest pages, but the templates that are being used on those pages won't work with what you were trying to do (the way you were trying to do it). If you want to add something like that, then you need to edit the templates themselves first, which are called template:PokéWalkerarea and template:PokéWalkerarea/f. The way they are set up right now would turn the stars you added as part of the attack names. Therefore instead of searching for the move "Fly", it's searching for a move called "Fly*", which doesn't exist. I personally am not good enough with templates to be of much help here, but I would suggest looking at the coding of templates such as template:obliviapkmn and seeing if you can replicate how to add the star without breaking the template itself. If you can figure out a way to do that, then edit the template template:PokéWalkerarea and template:PokéWalkerarea/f with your changes so that it supports the stars. If you need any help, I can try to help as much as I can. Thanks :) (Yaminokame 05:23, 30 May 2010 (UTC))
