Takahiro Yamashita is a mangaka from Kyoto[citation needed], and is the creator of several Pokémon manga and 4koma, mainly produced for the Pokémon Daisuki Club, which has been updated weekly since 2014.[2] He is also an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, with his first being the male Spiky-eared Pichu released to coincide with the release of M12. Yamashita has worked on authoring and illustrating many video games into manga adaptations which were published in the CoroCoro magazines, these franchises including Fatal Fury,[citation needed] Saturn Bomberman,[citation needed] Star Fox 64[citation needed] and Fatal Fury.[citation needed] Additionally, Yamashita has published manga for the magazine Shogaku Sannensei where his Virtua Fighter manga adaptation appeared in.[citation needed]
