The Torchic Constructed Starter Deck (Japanese: 築済みスターター アチャモデッキ Pre-built Starter Achamo Deck) is a Japanese-exclusive Half Deck Starter Deck that complements the Expansion Pack of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
Information
The majority of the cards within the starter deck(s) can not be found in the main Japanese expansion. Those cards not included in the set were added to the main EX Ruby & Sapphire expansion. The Magmar ex found in this deck was never printed in Japanese as a Holofoil card like in the EX Ruby & Sapphire expansion. The Torchic featured in this Half Deck was included in the main set and was eventually reprinted as a Holofoil promotional card (Nintendo Black Star Promo #6) distributed to tournament winners in July 2004.
Like many other Half Decks, the Torchic Constructed Starter Deck also includes a rulebook, damage counters, status counters, and a custom coin.
