Tiara (JN083)
Tiara (Japanese: キララ Kirara) is a character of the day who appeared in Star Night, Star Flight!. She is a young girl from the Johto region.
Tiara was first seen standing in the park, looking at the sky when an Unown that was nearby caused the town to turn dark, making it always night time. She later met Ash and Goh who'd come to investigate the town being dark. Tiara explained she liked looking at the stars as it reminded her of Cleffa who'd turned into a star. Tiara's mother arrived and allowed her to stay out a bit longer, allowing her to watch the stars with Ash's Pikachu and Goh's Grookey. Tiara's mother explained that a few days ago, they had to say goodbye to Cleffa which was why Tiara watched the stars, trying to find Cleffa. Tiara later went home with her mother.
Ash and Goh along with Cynthia met up with Tiara and her mother and asked if the Pokémon she'd seen the previous day was an Unown with Tiara confirmed. After explaining how she'd met the Unown, Tiara became upset, claiming she wanted to see the stars as the Unown had made it endless night's to help her. This caused the Unown to attack Ash, Cynthia, and Goh which were eventually defeated thanks to Cynthia's Garchomp. Tiara apologized for being selfish and the town became day again.

They created illusions of Pokémon who were trying to stop them before eventually being defeated by Cynthia's Garchomp. Tiara calls the Unown I by the nickname Mr. Eye (Japanese: めだまちゃん Medama-chan).
