Frigibax (Pokémon): Difference between revisions

→‎Origin: ok, i honestly don't think it resembles an iguanodon, it's probably just a baby kaiju (though if I only write that it will probably be recalled by someone else), and this one definitely has nothing to do with concavenator. these evolutions were probably designed backwards from baxcalibur like in the case of many other pokemon. there's no need to see too much into them.

Frigibax mostly resembles ''{{wp|Concavenator}}'', a theropod dinosaur which had a crest on its back and quills on its forelimbs. Fossils of the genus were first discovered in Spain, and the crest is hypothesized to have functioned as a tool of {{wp|thermoregulation}}. Frigibax may also be based on ''{{wp|Iguanodon}}'', a dinosaur known to have inhabited what is now the Iberian Peninsula — its snout and quills resemble the ''Iguanodon''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s toothless beak and large thumb spikes.
