Confide (move): Difference between revisions

Confide lowers the target's {{stat|Special Attack}} stat by one stage and bypasses {{stat|accuracy}} checks to always hit, unless the target is in the {{cat|Moves with a semi-invulnerable turn|semi-invulnerable turn}} of a move such as {{m|Dig}} or {{m|Fly}}. Confide will hit the target even if it has used {{m|Protect}}, {{m|Detect}}, or {{m|Spiky Shield}}, but will be blocked by {{m|Crafty Shield}}. Pokémon with the [[Ability]] {{a|Soundproof}} are not affected by this move.
