This card was included in the {{TCG|Rebel Clash}} expansion with artwork by [[HYOGONOSUKE]], first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Rebellion Crash}} expansion. It was reprinted as one of the Japanese {{TCG|S-P Promotional cards}} with different artwork by [[nagimiso]] and was 1 of 7 cards available in promotional packs intended to be awarded to participants of Pokémon Card Gym tournaments held during March, April, and May 2020. Pokémon Card Gym events were among those to be canceled in a statement published on the official Japanese Pokémon Card Game website due to the [[COVID-19 pandemic]]. Despite this, it is evident venues still received packs from [[The Pokémon Company]], hence external knowledge of the cards, and that some venues still distributed them in some way. This print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.
