Nearby are the disguised Team Rocket who are also listening to the news, and Jessie is very excited to hear that her own goal is not yet out of reach. Having earned three Ribbons at the {{to|Solaceon}}, {{to|Majolica}} and {{to|Lilypad}} Contests, Jessie only needs two more and she is determined to get to the [[Grand Festival]] too.
