The Three Pack Blisters features either a {{p|Ninetales}} or an {{p|Ampharos}} Cosmos Holofoil Black Star Promotional card. These Blisters included 3 Plasma Storm booster packs, the promotional card, and for the first time, different coin was given between the two Blisters varieties.
