-:I suspect that this was inspired by the Anime where it was common for Ash to get ground types wet for Pikachu to shock them (Brock's Onyx and Pryce's Piloswine) as well as the occasional 'insulated' Team Rocket robot that wound up getting dowsed with water in order for pikachu to shock them.  ([[User:Shivafang|Shivafang]] 01:35, 16 February 2012 (UTC))
