Release information

This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art card, and as a Secret Rainbow Rare in the Fusion Strike expansion, first released in the Japanese Fusion Arts expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Yusuke Ohmura, while the Full Art and Rainbow Rare prints feature artwork by Ryuta Fuse. The Regular print was reprinted, alongside a new Full Art card with artwork by Megumi Mizutani, in the Japanese VSTAR Universe subset. The Full Art print was later released in the special Crown Zenith expansion outside Asia.

Origin

Elesa is a Gym Leader in Unova. Her appearance based on Pokémon Black and White is featured in the Fusion Strike prints' illustration, while her appearance based on Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 is featured in the Crown Zenith print's illustration. The interior of the Nimbasa Gym based on Pokémon Black and White is also featured in the Fusion Strike Regular print's illustration, while the Crown Zenith print also features an aerial view of Nimbasa City as seen from one of the Rondez-View Ferris Wheel's cars.
