Attach this card to 1 of your Pokémon that has Bugsy in its name. That Pokémon may use this card's attack instead of its own. At the end of your turn, discard Bugsy's Technical Machine 01.

The TM cards featured in this expansion are based upon the system in which players are rewarded a Gym Leader's favored TM upon defeating them. In the Pokémon games, Bugsy gives out TM49 (Fury Cutter).
