As a new user, you may wish to learn a few things that will be useful in your editing:

- The word Pokémon is spelled with a capital P and an accented é. The P, of course, is accessed easily by holding Shift and pressing the P key, while the é can be accessed using Alt + 130 or Alt + 0233 on a Windows computer, and Option + e, then e again on a Mac. Otherwise, you can click it in the character palette below the editbox.
- On talk pages, please sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
- The use of link templates is official policy. For an explanation on their use, see the page on shortlinks.

Heres the deal
your name is waaaay too close to the name of an admin, actually, the owner of the site, so that is against the rules. however, if you just tell me if you want a new name, we can change your account name. if you dont respond, then we will have to close this account. -- MAGNEDETH 19:01, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
- I think both persons in question (Archaic and Archaeic) are aware of the situation. I checked the "User contributions" list of Archaeic and found this. UltimateSephiroth (about me · chat · edits) 19:25, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
- It can be changed if it's needed. However, the similarities in name were not intentional; I was not aware one of the admins was called Archaic when this account was created. Personally I can tell the difference between the two quite easily, and it's not like I've been imitating Archaic. If it's necessary that I need a name change, however, it could be changed to Smeargle. (Favourite Pokemon ahoy ;)) -17:25, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
