By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Card dex template

It does not support adding both dex entries for the Japanese spot. Please don't add any more. MaverickNate 06:02, 30 April 2011 (UTC)

Thank you, I won't do that again. I'm sorry for what I did.Togekiss of Moon 06:05, 30 April 2011 (UTC)

card images.

Let me explain how we represent card images on Bulbapedia. We have images of the cards to showcase the artwork on each of the cards. The language is not a priority since it does not matter towards the purpose of having the card images. Thus, we choose our images based on the quality, and not the language. Having both the Japanese HGSS Meganium and English HGSS Meganium is unnecessary, as they have the same artwork. Having the Call of Legends print though, is something that needs done. Cince the images of the cards from the English official site are not of better quality than the images we already have, they cannot be used to replace them. Any new scans need to be scanned from the actual card, and be better quality than we already have. So, I ask that you do not upload any more images that we already have. The Call of Legends ones are fine...just not the original prints of those cards. MaverickNate 03:41, 3 July 2011 (UTC)

I'm sorry to do that. By the way, how can I upload images which has the same name with the old images? --Togekiss of Moon 04:05, 3 July 2011 (UTC)
There should be an "Upload new version of this file" link on the image page. MaverickNate 04:11, 3 July 2011 (UTC)
Excuse me, but I haven't found the link with "CTRL+F". Where is it? --Togekiss of Moon 04:13, 3 July 2011 (UTC)
Hey there, I'm Jo! :) I was asked to assist you as Nate has left for the night. The page with the link you're looking for is on the Archives, not Bulbapedia itself. While we show images here, every image roots back to the Bulbapedia Archives. To get to a file's page on the Archives, view the image's page here on Bulbapedia, and beneath the image there is a template that says: "This file is from Bulbagarden Archives. The description from its description page there is shown below." Clicking the words I have bolded for you will take you to that image's archive page where you can upload a new version of a file. :) I hope I've been helpful to you.
