Template:Almiapkmn

The first one is the Pokémon's number.
The second is the Pokémon's name.
The third is for the type of its Poké Assist.
The fourth is the field move's name. Include the number if there is one. If not, put a hyphen. For example: Burn 1 field move.png. If there is no field move, input None -.
Add yes in the fifth to be able to add notes.
The sixth is for optional notes.

Example:
