スパート！ (English: Spurt!) was the fifth opening theme song for the Japanese Advanced Generation Pokémon anime series. It debuted in AG166, replacing Battle Frontier.

It was also used as the Pokémon Sunday ending from PS074 onwards.

• Ash's Butterfree has the yellow scarf that Brock gave it.

6. AG178 - AG179, AG181: The sound effect at the very beginning is restored; animation is updated to include Brandon.
