Shigenori Negishi (Japanese: ネギシシゲノリ) is an illustrator based in Chigasaki City,[1] who has contributed artwork to the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Thus far, Shigenori Negishi has illustrated 147 cards, the first of which was Hitmontop from the Call of Legends expansion.
