  • The guide's sections of trainers' Pokémon rosters is based on if the player is playing Ruby and chose Mudkip as their starter and shows no differences between versions and Pokémon starter, as the sections on Brendan and May show the Pokémon selection if Mudkip is chosen, and both Team Magma and Team Aqua use the Numel evolutionary family, while in reality Team Aqua uses the Carvanha evolutionary family.
