Milos Island (Japanese: ミロス島 Milos Island) is an anime-exclusive location in the Unova region. It exists off the coastline of Driftveil City. It was first featured from The Lonely Deino! to A Call for Brotherly Love! as TRT prepared their plan to capture the Kami trio, but it was extensively featured in Stopping the Rage of Legends! Part 1 and Part 2, when Ash, Iris and Cilan came to the island.

Milos Island is also known as the "Island of Legends", because an ancient legend that tells of a time when Tornadus and Thundurus wreaked havoc across the island. Landorus pleaded with the warring forces for peace, but was attack in response. A shrine maiden and a Gothita offered Landorus a Revival Herb, giving Landorus the strength to banish Thundurus and Tornadus. In honor of the gift, Landorus showered Milos Island with Revival Herb seeds. Today Milos Island remains the world's only source of Revival Herbs. Three obelisks, one on each of island, were later constructed to keep the Forces of Nature locked away.

Milos Island is the home of the Abundant Shrine in the anime where Landorus sleeps. Connected to the island are two smaller islands that house the shrines of Tornadus and Thundurus who also rest peacefully. However their peace was interrupted thanks to Team Rocket's destruction of their shrines. As a result they awoken angrily and began to wreak havoc on the island. Ash, Iris, Cilan and Lewis were able to stop them with the help of Landorus and after that peace returned to the island.
However from The Lonely Deino! to A Call for Brotherly Love!, TRT prepared their plans to capture the Forces of Nature, and destroyed each of the shrine wedges to summon them to Milos Island. In Stopping the Rage of Legends! Part 1, Thundurus and Tornadus arrived on the island and began to wreak havoc.

The island is known quite well for the Revival Herb crops that grow there. It often supplies Driftveil's market with the rare herb.

Ash and ashfr learned of the unfolding crisis after venturing to Milos to get some Revival Herbs for Driftveil Gym Leader Clay. They joined forces with Lewis, a Revival Herb harvester. Taking inspiration from the island legend, Iris, posed as a shrine maiden, and Lewis's Gothita summoned Landorus to Milos Island by Part 2. Landorus was able to calm Thundurus and Tornadus, showering Milos Island with Revival Herbs as thanks.
