Head Charge (Japanese: アフロブレイク Afro Break) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation V. It is Bouffalant's signature move.

Effect

Head Charge inflicts damage and the user receives recoil damage equal to 25% of the damage done to the target.

Description

Games Description
The user charges its head into its target, using its powerful guard hair. It also damages the user a little.

  • As a reference to Bouffalant's afro portecting it from impact, Head Charge is the only variation of Double-Edge that inflicts 1/4 of the inflicted damage as recoil and not 1/3 of it instead.
